Quantity surveyors Adams Fletcher & Partners have expanded into new offices at Bond’s Mill in Stonehouse, owned by Robert Hitchins Ltd.
The practice, established in 1973 and with an office in Hereford, has just moved from Gloucester to take up a three-year lease on a 497 sq ft office suite at The Wheelhouse on the business estate near Stroud.
“We undertake work throughout England and Wales. Following our success in recent years, we have relocated to Bond’s Mill to accommodate our ambitions to expand,” said Director of Adams Fletcher & Partners, David Ridout.
“We are not restricted geographically and Bond’s Mill offers good accessibility to our clients who represent all sectors of the construction industry, including healthcare and education, housing and leisure.
“Our office on the ground floor of the estate’s main mill building has a nice atmosphere with plenty of natural light and it gives us room to expand. The on-site café – which is great for informal meetings – is just adjacent to us. We’re looking forward to developing our business at Bond’s Mill.”
Asset and Administration Manager for Robert Hitchins Ltd, Helen Hawke, welcomed Adams Fletcher to Bond’s Mill which is situated alongside the Stroudwater Canal in a mix of refurbished Victorian mill buildings and modern commercial premises.
“Being so close to Junction 13 of the M5 means that Bond’s Mill offers a good alternative to city business parks. We have a great variety of office sizes with good parking, all within a pleasant working environment in a canalside location.”
The agent was John Hawkins, of Hawkins Watton Stroud.
Bond’s Mill is on the A419 near Stroud. It offers on-site management, parking and a café and accommodates many start-ups as well as established companies such as UK Power Solutions, Green Gourmet, Omega Resource, Biocensus and BPE Solicitors.
