An outline application for residential development of up to 9 dwellings, including infrastructure, ancillary facilities, open space and landscaping, as well as the construction of a new public car park, vehicular and pedestrian access was submitted in March 2015.
Consent was achieved for the development, on the site adjacent to retail uses, on appeal in January 2016.
