Robert Hitchins pre-let, obtained planning and developed Kingsway Retail & Leisure Park on the site of former RAF buildings to national operators B&M and Pure Gym. The site is located in a prominent position adjoining Asda on Newhaven Road and also sits close to the newly developed Lidl foodstore which opened in November 2020.

It represents another important step in the long-term development of Kingsway which has emerged on the site of the former 340-acre RAF Quedgeley. The original masterplan included 3,300 homes, a 40-acre employment site, community and leisure facilities, retail, sports area and primary school.
