This 23 acre site is located to the north of the market town of Westbury in west Wiltshire.
Outline planning permission for a scheme of up to 220 residential dwellings on this greenfield site was granted by Wiltshire Council in March 2014, following submission of the application in August 2013.
The site lay outside of the settlement boundary and was not allocated for development in the adopted Local Plan. However planning permission was successfully negotiated with the local planning authority.
