Expansion at landmark Queen Square offices leaves just one floor remaining

Colliers’ has secured a further letting at the fully refurbished 31–32 Queen Square, Bristol, with existing occupier Squarcle Consulting Ltd expanding within the building.
Having previously pre-let the first floor from owner Robert Hitchins Ltd, Squarcle has now agreed a new five-year lease on the second floor, as part of its continued growth. The deal leaves just the ground floor remaining at the landmark office building, which offers 3,012 sq ft of high-quality workspace.
The latest letting highlights the strong occupier demand for office space in central Bristol, and builds on the success of the comprehensive refurbishment carried out by Robert Hitchins Ltd.
Located on the south side of Queen Square, a popular Bristol district, 31–32 Queen Square has been reimagined to provide contemporary workspace alongside market-leading sustainability credentials and excellent amenities.
The remaining ground floor suite benefits from fantastic views of Queen Square, raised access floors, air conditioning, and access to high-quality end-of-journey facilities including showers, changing rooms and secure cycle storage. Parking is also available within the building’s secure basement.
