Jeremy joined the company in 1982, having qualified and practised as a solicitor with Slaughter & May in the City of London. From 1987 he was responsible for the activities of the Group’s Land and Planning Department and in 1992 he was appointed the Group’s Land and Planning Director.
In 2001 he was appointed the Managing Director of the Robert Hitchins Group with specific responsibilities for all the Group’s land and commercial property operations in the U.K.
Land and Planning Director
Andrew leads the Estates team which undertakes the Group’s land and planning activities. He has worked for the Group since 1987, becoming Director in 1998.
The Estates team comprises experienced in-house surveyors, planners, designers and engineers and holds an enviable track record in land acquisition, obtaining planning permissions and the onward sale of land.
Gordon joined Robert Hitchins in 1985 and became Technical Director in 2012.
Gordon heads a multi-disciplined team who are responsible for providing technical evidence to support planning applications, including the design and construction of associated infrastructure for delivery of serviced parcels to the market.
Jonathan and his team support all aspects of the Group’s property activities and its staff, covering finance, IT, legal and human resources. He also monitors the group’s non-property activities and investments.
Jonathan joined Robert Hitchins as Finance Director and Company Secretary in 2012 having worked for much of his career in privately owned property companies in London.
Property & Development Director
Simon is responsible for the commercial property development and investment activities of the Group having joined Robert Hitchins in November 2014 and assuming the position of Director in June 2015.
Simon leads an experienced and innovative team of Development and Investment surveyors and has been involved in a number of major development projects throughout the South West, Midlands and South Wales.
